SALMON LOAF

Here is Sylvia's wonderful salmon loaf we have all enjoyed for years and now we can make it ourselves!
1 large (14 3/4 oz.) can red salmon
3 eggs
Bread crumbs and milk to equal 3/4 cup
1 medium onion, grated
2 carrots, grated
1/2 stick butter, softened
Beat the above with electric mixer. Place in greased loaf pan or glass dish and bake for one hour at 375°.
