Banana Nut Kugel for Passover

3 C matzah farfel (1/2 lb)
4 tbsp. melted margarine
4 eggs
2 medium bananas, sliced
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C sugar

 Pour cold water over farfel.  Drain immediately.  Beat eggs with salt, sugar, and melted margarine.  Add farfel.  Add sliced bananas and nuts and mix gently.

 Preheat oven to 350°.  Put mixture in greased pan and bake 45 minutes to an hour or until set and slightly browned.

 Yield:  2 lbs (8 portions)
