Banana Nut Kugel for Passover 3 C matzah farfel (1/2 lb) Pour cold water over farfel. Drain immediately. Beat eggs with salt, sugar, and melted margarine. Add farfel. Add sliced bananas and nuts and mix gently. Preheat oven to 350°. Put mixture in greased pan and bake 45 minutes to an hour or until set and slightly browned. Yield: 2 lbs (8 portions) |
