May 28 Jews in Nevada by John Marschall.    Read it, and look for a TBY member in the acknowledgment section.  The author will speak and sign books at a brunch on June 22nd at the Miller's home in Carson City.  Don't miss this unique event!!

July 16 The Year of Living Biblicaly by A.J. Jacobs. A secular Jew, A.J. decides to spend a year following the Bible as literally as possible, both as fodder for a book and to see if heart will follow action and he will find religion.  He finds a command to grow a beard, and one to wear white, which he does, in New York, in the winter.  Which also makes for an interesting interview with El Al as he tries to fly to to Israel.  (What are the letters Jr after your name?  Junior.  But you're Jewish...).  Read, chuckle, join us, and argue.
